Shipping & Delivery

Everything you need to know about how we ship your orders. We use fully tracked express services to get your items to you safely and on time.

Order Processing

All orders placed on exclusivetrnds.com are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. All delivery timeframes quoted on this page begin from the date of your shipping confirmation email, not the date you placed your order.

During peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Processing Time

1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Shipping Carriers

Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or DPD. All shipments are fully tracked.

Shipping Days & Tracking

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Every order is shipped with a fully tracked service. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your delivery in real time via the carrier's website.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at contact@exclusivetrndse.co.uk and we will look into it for you.

UK Delivery Times & Rates

We offer three delivery options for orders shipped within the United Kingdom. All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email. While orders often arrive earlier than the quoted timeframes, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding a delayed order.

Next Day Delivery

Tracked Next Day Delivery is only guaranteed for orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day. Next day delivery applies to mainland UK addresses only and is subject to carrier availability.

Free UK Delivery

On all UK orders over £50. Applied automatically at checkout.

Free delivery on orders over £50 uses our Standard Delivery service (3 to 5 business days). If you require faster delivery on a qualifying order, you can upgrade to Express or Next Day at checkout for the applicable rate.

International & EU Delivery

We ship internationally to a range of countries. All international orders are shipped using fully tracked services via Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, or DPD. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimates only.

International delivery times begin from the date of your shipping confirmation email. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, and customs processing. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes

International customers (including EU customers) may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon delivery of their order. These charges are imposed by your country's customs authority, not by TRNDS, and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

TRNDS LTD has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount you may be required to pay. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an international order if you are unsure about potential charges.

Important

If customs fees or duties are not paid by the customer, the carrier may return the package to us. In this event, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued for the product value only, minus the original shipping cost.

All prices displayed on exclusivetrnds.com are in GBP (£) and do not include any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply to international orders.

Accuracy of Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any flat numbers, building names, postcodes, and contact phone numbers where required by the carrier.

TRNDS LTD is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to us as a result of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

If you believe your address was entered correctly and your package has been lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@exclusivetrndse.co.uk with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the issue.

If you realise you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Returns from Outside the EU

For returns originating from outside the European Union, items must be labelled as "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" on the customs declaration form. This is to avoid unnecessary customs fees or delays during the return process.

TRNDS LTD is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or packages held at customs as a result of incorrect or missing customs labelling on returned items. We strongly recommend using a tracked return service so you can confirm your return has been received.

Lost, Damaged & Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information via the link in your shipping confirmation email. Packages can sometimes show as delayed due to carrier processing or local delivery schedules.

Delayed Orders

For UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch before contacting us. For international orders, please allow up to 25 working days. If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Lost Orders

If the carrier confirms a package as lost, we will offer you a full replacement or a refund for the order value including shipping. We handle all carrier claims on your behalf.

Damaged In Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item at no cost to you and dispatch the correct product as a priority.
